When you call

The person who takes up your call – the dispatcher – will need the following information from you in order to proceed your order:

• Collection details
  Company name, contact name, address, telephone number.

• Delivery details
  Company name, contact name, address, telephone number.

• Your consignment
  Letter or parcel, weight, size.

• Who gets the invoice?
  The sender, the consignee or anyone else.

• Do you need a reference?
  The reference will show on the invoice next to the relevant order.

• Is it urgent?
  By default all our consignments are dealt with priority, that is 60 minutes between your call and the delivery. should you need a delivery within 25 minutes, please let the dispatcher know (+ 14.-).

• Other information
  All more specific orders might demand extra details or infor- mation.
  

Your courier

After the dispatcher has entered your order’s details in our processing database, he/she passes them on to the courier who’s nearest to your address. when the courier arrives at your place, he/she will ask you to sign a receipt form to enable us to in- voice the order. At the delivery address, the consignee will also be asked to sign the form, after which the courier will let the dispatcher know that the delivery has been made.

Payment

We create an account for you from your first call. All your or- ders will show on your invoice, including the following details: date, consignee, time of order and delivery, your reference and the courier’s number. Please pay the invoice within 20 days.

You can also pay in cash to the courier who picks up your consignment. in this case please let the dispatcher know at the time of booking.
