Frequently asked questions
Do you only deliver in Lausanne, Neuchâtel and Yverdon-les-Bains? No, we are part of the swissconnect network which includes more than 60 providers in the whole of Switzerland. Thanks to a partnership with SBB, we benefit from a closed and secured location in each train of the SBB passenger network. Therefore it is no problem for us to organise a shipment from Lugano to Basel or from Geneva to Bern.
For destinations that are not directly served by rail, we use a vehicle from the Mobility® fleet.
Bicycle, train or car, we combine the advantages of each in order to offer the fastest hand-delivery in Switzerland.
Is there a weight limit? Yes and no! Our couriers can carry up to 20kg by bike. Beyond that, we use a cargobike, a Mobility® vehicle or we organise for you an alternative carrier to take care of your consignment.
How do you cope in winter or when it‘s raining? First of all, we are very well equipped and all our couriers have waterproof backpacks. In winter weather conditions can sometimes be a bit more difficult, but they only have minimal impact on our service.
Are the deadlines guaranteed? We are the only ones able to guarantee you our delivery deadlines in the city (by bike). 25 minutes (Urgent) or 60 minutes (Priority) between your call and the delivery. For out-of-town deliveries, we can also guarantee a deadline, but it depends on the destination, the weight and the volume of the consignments.
Which number should I call? Regarding your consignment, our three offices communicate with each other constantly. You can then call the nearest branch for any given shipment. However, for all other admin-related matters, please call our head office in Lausanne.
